Rich was born and raised in Colombia, South America as the son of missionaries. He attended Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, then  Piedmont Bible College in Winston-Salem, NC. earning a Th.B. in 1987. Rich served as an associate minister of youth and music in a large church in southwest Virginia for six and 1/2  years before moving to Michigan where he served as pastor of a community church. Rich has been pastor of Grace Bible Church since December, 2003.  He has completed Masters and Doctoral degrees through Master's International Divinity School, Evansville, IN ('05) and is currently working on his Ph.D. from Trinity Theological Seminary in Newburgh, IN.
